    1.Can I use the same label again?
    If you have more than one box in your order, print as many labels as you need. But it can’t be used for the next sale.
    2.Should I pay for shipping?
    All of our services will cost you nothing, including the prepaid box. But in case when the instant quote of your device is less than 20$, we send you only pre-paid label via email.
    3.Is my device insured?
    Certainly. All parcels are automatically insured to the full value.

    1.What payment systems do you support?
    We offer payment via PayPal or sending you a company check.
    2.Can I receive the different from actual price I was offered?
    When we receive your device, our professional team examines it, evaluates the condition and determines if it correspond your condition selection. If not we will revalue it and send you an email with our revised offer which you may accept or decline. If you don’t accept it we can send your gadget back but you should pay for shipping or we can take it for utilization. Be honest and attentive describing your device.
    3.When will I receive my payment?
    We issue your cash the same day from when your device arrives to our secure facility. It depends on your chosen method of payment. If you choose PayPal the cash will get into your account immediately. If you choose a Check, it will arrive from 2 up to 7 business days.

    Just contact us and fill out the instant quote form. Don’t forget to point out the condition of your device. If you are agree with what we are offering for it you go through the checkout process and we will send you an envelope to put your stuff in and return to us. When we get it, we will check it and send you money.
    2.Do I need to include accessories, box, power cables, sending my gadget?
    If you have them of course yes. What we need the most are the battery in and the back on. Don’t forget to unlock any passwords or PIN codes.
    Do you buy broken items?
    Of course yes! Our specialist will get them back into working order.
